Last reviewed:

Picking a logistics or tech stack is one of the first real operational decisions a D2C founder makes — and it's easy to either over-research it for weeks or pick the first tool a friend mentions. This page is where we're building out a shortlist of tools worth evaluating for shipping, inventory, and checkout, based on what sellers in our audience actually ask about.

How This Page Works

We're building relationships with the logistics and tech providers D2C sellers rely on most. Right now, Shiprocket is a live partner below — click through and you support Dhanaay at no extra cost to you. Unicommerce and GoKwik are tools we're evaluating and hope to partner with soon; until that relationship is live, we're not linking out to them, just flagging that they're worth researching independently.

What to Evaluate Before Committing

  • Shipping aggregators (e.g. Shiprocket): courier network coverage for your pin codes, NDR/RTO handling, and whether pricing works at your current order volume — most aggregators have no minimum, so it costs nothing to try one early.
  • Inventory & order management: relevant once you're listing on more than one marketplace or channel and manually reconciling stock becomes error-prone.
  • Checkout & RTO-reduction tools: worth evaluating once cash-on-delivery RTO rates start eating into margin — usually past your first few hundred orders.
