1. Who Can Use Dhanaay

2. What Dhanaay Offers
Dhanaay provides two categories of service:

- Referral to compliance filing partners — GST registration, GST return filing, Udyam registration, trademark registration, and similar services. Dhanaay is a content platform, not a law firm or chartered accountancy, and does not perform any of these services itself. When you submit a request through one of these services, your details are shared, at no cost to you, with a verified, ICAI-registered Chartered Accountant or legal partner from our network — that partner handles the entire engagement directly with you: documents, filing, and follow-up with the relevant government portal. Partners in our network carry professional indemnity coverage.
Nothing on Dhanaay.com constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice specific to your situation. Content is written for general guidance — consult a qualified professional before acting on it for your specific circumstances.
3. Accounts and Information You Provide
- If a service requires you to submit information (name, phone number, email, business documents, etc.), you agree to provide information that is true, accurate, current, and complete.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any documents or data you submit for a filing service. Delays or rejections caused by incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent information you provide are not Dhanaay's responsibility.
- If you're given login credentials or account access, you're responsible for keeping them confidential and for all activity conducted under your account.
4. Fees, Payment, and Government Charges
- Dhanaay does not collect payment for filing services. When you submit a request through a service page (e.g., GST registration, GST return filing), Dhanaay refers you to a verified partner from our network. Pricing, invoicing, and payment for the service itself are agreed and collected directly between you and that partner — Dhanaay is not a party to that payment.
- Prices shown on our service pages (e.g., "₹499 + Govt. Fees") are indicative, set by our partners, and may change — confirm final pricing with the partner before proceeding.
- Government or statutory fees (e.g., GST portal fees) are separate again, set and collected by the relevant government authority, and outside both Dhanaay's and our partners' control.
- Subscription-based services (e.g., monthly GST return filing) are billed by the partner delivering the service, on terms you agree with them directly.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Because Dhanaay does not collect payment for filing services, cancellations and refunds for the service itself are handled directly between you and the partner delivering it, under the terms they provide you at the time of engagement.
- Government or statutory fees, once submitted to a government portal, are non-refundable by anyone — they are collected and retained by the relevant government authority.
- If you're unable to resolve a payment, service-quality, or refund issue directly with a partner, contact hello@dhanaay.com with your details — we'll help route it, though the underlying commercial relationship and its terms are between you and the partner.
- Dhanaay itself charges no fee for referring you to a partner, so there is nothing on our side to refund.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Access, or attempt to access, Dhanaay.com through any method other than the interfaces we provide, or through automated, unethical, or unauthorized means (scraping, bots, etc.) without our written permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt Dhanaay.com, its servers, or the networks it relies on.
- Copy, reproduce, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any part of Dhanaay.com's content or services for commercial purposes without our written consent.
- Use Dhanaay.com for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
You are solely responsible for any activity you conduct through Dhanaay.com, and for any losses or liabilities — civil or criminal — arising from a violation of this section.
7. User-Submitted Content
Where Dhanaay.com offers open communication features (comments, reviews, forum-style content, or similar), you're solely responsible for anything you post. Because Dhanaay refers you to partners for filing services but is not a party to your payment or engagement with them, Dhanaay is not liable for a partner's acts, omissions, delays, or the quality of work they deliver — those fall under your direct agreement with that partner.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dhanaay, Teevro Solutions Private Limited, and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from any losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of Dhanaay.com.
13. Termination
